This 6-week grief support group offers a safe, compassionate space to process your loss, connect with others who understand, and begin moving toward healing at your own pace. This structured series is designed to gently guide participants through the emotional, physical, and relational impacts of grief. Each week will include guided discussion, reflection exercises, and practical coping tools to help you: Understand the stages and waves of grief Process complex emotions such as guilt, anger, or regret Learn grounding and nervous system regulation skills Navigate changing relationships and identity after loss Honor your loved one while building resilience Create meaningful rituals and steps toward continued healing Because trust, safety, and connection are essential for grief work, commitment to the full 6-week series is required. This allows the group to build consistency, depth, and community over time. Whether your loss is recent or years old, you are welcome here.
