Service Description

Step into your own “Deep Cocoon” of calm, rest, and renewal. This 75-minute session begins with 5–10 minutes of gentle movement on the floor to release tension and prepare your body for deep relaxation. Then, guided Yoga Nidra — a gentle practice sometimes called yogic sleep — where you’re fully supported to relax your body and quiet your mind. The practice concludes with the resonant vibrations of the gong, which help release tension and calm your nervous system. Come ready to unwind, let go, and emerge from your cocoon feeling grounded, refreshed, and fully relaxed. Benefits of this session include: Reducing stress and anxiety Releasing physical and emotional tension Supporting better sleep and overall relaxation Calming the nervous system and soothing the mind Reconnecting with your inner balance and clarity What to bring / wear:Comfortable clothing you can fully relax in—think soft, stretchy, or loose layers (the ultimate rest attire!) Cancellation Policy

At Life of Wellness Healing Journeys, we create intentional spaces for wellness, growth, and transformation. To honor the experience of all participants and the integrity of our programs, we kindly ask you to review our attendance policies: Classes and events are intentionally kept small to provide a supportive environment for everyone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via our scheduling system or by contacting us directly. No-Shows (missed classes/events without prior cancellation) and late cancellations will not be made up or refunded.
