Ashley Kopp, LCSW

Founder and manager

As a mental health practitioner, I am deeply passionate about health and wellness because our mental well-being does not exist in isolation from the body. Our nervous system, nutrition, movement, sleep, and daily rhythms all play a vital role in emotional regulation, resilience, and healing. When we support the body through whole-person wellness practices, we create a stronger foundation for mental health—one where therapy can be more effective, insight can integrate more fully, and individuals feel empowered in their healing. I believe that caring for mental health means caring for the whole person, and my work is rooted in helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and cultivate sustainable well-being.
